🌱 Great to see our MYMATCH Project partner Universidade do Minho bringing science to the field!

🌍 As part of our Horizon Europe-funded MYMATCH project, UMINHO recently carried out a field activity to collect tomato samples in Portugal, a concrete step toward understanding how climate change impacts food safety.

🍅 These samples will support research on mycotoxins produced by fungi like Aspergillus, Fusarium, and Alternaria, helping us build predictive tools and risk management strategies.

🔎 MYMATCH brings together 12 partners from 9 countries to co-create the AI Mycotoxin Management Platform, a future-ready solution for researchers, farmers, industry, and policymakers.
